Dodong's Miles Away Birthday Gift 2009 – Diet Day # 1: Fruits Only

I SURVIVED!!!!


I was barely hanging in there. It isn't easy I tell you. I thought it would be a breeze but it was truly a challenge! I am sharing with you the fruits I ate for the day…

I actually had pineapples for breakfast but because I was SOOOOOO hungry, I wasn't able to document. Darn.

Moving onto lunch. I had a large tupperware of sweet melons. Hindi sha mashado nakakabusog ah.

Then for merienda, I had a granny smith apple. I am partial to green apples since I like mine a bit tart and crunchier.

I didn't have dinner but capped off my day with a glass (okay, a glass and a half…sarap e!) of newly harvested Kefir from Jeren.
