The Pot of Gold at the End of the LDR Rainbow

Last Thursday, I was a bit taken a back with the post of my partner Penelope. She and Pad Thai are finally taking a major leap to physical proximity in a few weeks time as they pursue higher studies in the jolly country of the United Kingdom. I am truly excited and happy for the couple but still at the same time feeling sad again.

This event is just has perfect timing because this gives other LDR couples (like me!) a whole LOT of hope that somehow someday soon (even in a blink of an eye!) physical proximity is possible. Very possible. The very thought of physical proximity is that very pot of gold at the end of the beautiful LDR rainbow  So I am sending out my bestest wishes (Hmmmm marriage is also a possibility right?) to Penelope and Pad Thai's British invasion!

Sigh. This then makes me ask the Universe, "When will I get my pot of gold?" When do you think it will be?
