Future Date # 1: Visit Cubao X

Cubao X is a bright Future Date idea

One thing about Dodong being away is that I get to explore Manila (and the rest of the country) more and find out more new places we can have dates at while he visits home. What an irony. Visiting home. But that is the reality we face in an LDR. So I do put into good use my planning skills. I plan out Future Dates

Cubao X is one of those places. I've heard and read so many things about Cubao X. I must say the arsty farsty stuff really attracted me to this place but then I had no one to drag to Cubao X so it kinda took a back seat. Until that day Anton emailed the Photoblogging class schedule…And I actually gave a hint hint nudge nudge subtle suggestion: "Why not Cubao X instead of Antipolo?" Antipolo's a bit blah for me since I actually live in the area.

I was soooooo excited when Anton actually took into my subtle suggestion into a serious consideration as the venue for the Photoblogging class. So the whole Maven Secrets class (well, 15ish of us) finally trooped to Cubao X.

So many places which inspired me for itinerary of our Future Date # 1…

Grab a bite at Bellini's

I've eaten in Bellini's in their old branch in Katipunan but never got the chance to eat in the original branch. I know Dodong is not a fan of Italian food, but man, their pizza and pasta is just so divine to pass up on. Hehehe.

It would also be cool to have a "Welcome Home!" toast with Bellini's homemade sweet wine

I fell in lurve with Heima. I swear to God, this is THE look that I want in my place. I  share with Dodong the inspiration look for my dream place.

Visit the unvisited stores Together

One of the many interesting things about Cubao  X is that some stores open when they want to since the actual owners are the store keepers as well. So since it was a long weekend, I assume most store owners were up late partying that Thursday night and couldn't open the morning we were there. I want to visit the I Love You store with Dodong next time.
