Quick cure for colds anyone?

1 Day to go and Dodong will be here with me!!!!!
Last night, I started to feel the sniffles coming. And today, I officially have colds! ARGGGGHHHHHHH! I don't want this to get in the way our dates and all.
Do you know of something that can cure my colds in a day?
