The Best Thing About Being Married AND Together

Hope you don’t mind if I gush about how I enjoy being married to the love of my life. Well, who doesn’t? But ever since I wanted to get married (which I do thank the Good Lord for answering my prayer), there was one thing I looked forward to doing / having / whatnot.

All I wanted was to wake up next to my husband every single day. To see his chest rise up and down as he breathes the very same air I do. To hear his manly grunts and snorts when he comes home tired from long hours at work. To feel the stubble on his chin as he nuzzles his head onto the slope of my neck. To smell the fresh scent of soap on his skin. Knowing that someone will always be by your side, no matter what, is the best thing about being married.

And now I never want to be away from him. EVER. Despite being terribly homesick, a large part of me does not want to leave Dodong and Dubai. I am now living my dream and why would I want to get out of it?

I love waking up next to my husband and I don't ever want to be in a long distance relationship situation again. Dear Lord, would You be so kind to grant us this wish? Pretty please. Can You hear me?
